Clearfield City's 4th of July Hometown Parade

      One of the best things about Sweet Harmony has always been our involvement in the community. The last few years have drastically reduced those opportunities for us so we are working to find new ways to be a part of our amazing Northern Utah family.

     We are inviting all members of our Sweet Harmony family to help us and the community celebrate our country's birth through song in Clearfield City's Hometown Parade on July 4th!

What are we doing?
     We are going to sing some well-loved patriotic songs as we walk the parade route behind a pickup truck hung with banners identifying our group. Small children will ride in decorated wagons pulled by teens and adults.

Who is invited to participate?
     We welcome ALL members of the Sweet Harmony family. Anyone who is, or ever has been, a part of any of our programs is invited. That includes students, leaders, alumni, and parents, whether you are or were involved in choir, theatre, adult programs, or dance classes.

When is all this happening?
     We line up at 8am on July 4th. Music rehearsals will be held on the evening of June 22 and the morning of July 1.

Where do I need to go?
     Exact location of line up to be announced, but the parade begins at City Hall in Clearfield. Rehearsals will be held at Bicentennial Park in Clearfield.

What are our goals for this event?
     We want to (1) use our skills and talents to contribute something beautiful to our community (2) celebrate our freedom, and (3) spread the word about our amazing Sweet Harmony programs!

How do I get involved?
     You can sign up at the link below. Please submit one form for each person participating. We will also need some volunteers to lend us wagons and to help decorate them. We will send out an email with more details to those who sign up.
